SDHSAA Academic Achievement Team Award recognizes varsity athletic teams and fine arts groups for their academic excellence. In order to qualify for this award, the team or group must have a 3.0 GPA. Congratulations to our spring teams on their academic success!

We are still in the installation process. Getting closer!

Thanks to Danny and Lindsey Fathke for the Pirate Logo at the softball field. Check it out at night as you drive by. This Pirate shines bright just like all our Pirate students!

Our HOSA student are off to Indianapolis with Ms. Jurrens for the National HOSA competition. HOSA bowl competes on Thursday and Jaycee Martin competes on Friday. Good luck! **Please see our Facebook page for the drawing for the half hog fundraiser. Thank you for all everyone's support!

Just a reminder about the Basketball Camp taking place in Avon on June 25th. Katie Bourk from Northern State will be running the camp. This camp is for Grades 5-12. The Girls Camp will run from 9:30 am till noon on June 25th. The Boy's session will run from Noon to 2:30 pm on June 25. This is a change from earlier. Coach Bourk has to be done earlier due to a recruiting trip. The cost for the Camp is $20. Any questions, please reach out to Mr. Poppe.

The Playground Project received the B-Y Operation Roundup Grant for $5,000.

The playground project is underway. Thank you for all your patience as we complete this upgrade!

Congratulations to Rilyn Thury and Brielle Voigt for being selected as "All State" in Softball! Rilyn was selected as one of 7 infielders. Rilyn batted 0.553 with 44 RBI and 4 HR. Brielle was selected as one of 4 catchers and batted 0.516 with 40 RBI, 4 HR, and 21 SB.
