Oral Interp competed in Bon Homme today. The whole group was finally together!
Senior Readers Theater group Abby Gretschmann, Kate Swier, Hope Kemnitz and Lexi Vanderlei received an Excellent +.
Sophomore Readers Theater group Pria Sesler, Jake Namminga, Kaydence Metzger and Irelynn Small recieved an Excellent +.

This morning, grades K-4 had a fun assembly with Phil Baker from the South Dakota Arts Council. Students were up and moving with music!








The Chemistry class celebrated "mole" day (if you know you know!) by calculating the number of potassium atoms in their glass of carbonated apple juice!

The temperatures are dropping, and those crisp fall mornings are here! Please remind your students to bring a jacket or sweatshirt to school each day so they stay warm during recess and arrival/dismissal times. Thank you for helping keep our kids cozy and comfortable as the weather changes! 🧥🍃

We're excited to host a Family Engagement Night for grades K–5 on November 17th, and we need enthusiastic volunteers to help bring the event to life! If you enjoy working with kids and want to be part of a fun, hands-on evening, this is the perfect opportunity.
No prep needed — just bring your energy and smile! All materials and instructions will be ready for you at your station. The event runs from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, and we kindly ask volunteers to arrive by 5:00 PM for a quick orientation and to get familiar with their activity.

The All-State Chior students have had a couple days where they have gone and worked on the pieces they will be performing at All-State Chorus at the end of the month. This week, they were at DWU!

Grades 8-12 heard a presentation today about the Build Dakota Scholarship and all the opportunities it presents. Be sure to ask your student about it or ask Ms. Wynia or Mrs. Fathke!

The yearbook & Jolly Roger staff attended the SD High School Press Convention at USD today, where they had the opportunity to attend various sessions and learn more about the fields of journalism, photography, marketing, and more!
